There are moments when what you’ve been carrying becomes harder to manage on your own.
About Open Sky Counseling
The name Open Sky was inspired by a moment during a transition in my personal life. The sky was covered in gray clouds, and everything felt heavy and dim. Then, slowly, the clouds began to part—revealing glimpses of a clear, open blue sky. With it came a sense of quiet joy and unexpected hope. It was a small moment, but a lasting one.
That experience became the foundation of Open Sky Counseling—a space created for individuals and couples to slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of what they’ve been carrying. Therapy here is grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible. With the right support, it becomes easier to feel more steady, more connected, and more like yourself again.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re unsure where to begin or what to expect.
I’m Lillian Park, a licensed professional counselor, and I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and the impact of addiction.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, while also helping you develop tools you can use in your everyday life. Along the way, we may also explore deeper patterns and experiences that continue to influence how you feel and respond.
I value creating a space that feels calm, grounded, and nonjudgmental—something I’ve come to appreciate through both my professional training and my own experiences navigating seasons of change and uncertainty. Those moments deepened my belief in the importance of having a steady, supportive place to process what feels overwhelming. Therapy, to me, isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about helping you feel supported as you begin to make sense of your own experiences, at a pace that feels right for you.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re ready to take the next step, support is here.
